1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Property Management Software (“Service”) provided by YatraDham Eservices Private Limited (“Company”) located in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India. By using or registering for the Service, the party accessing or utilizing the Service (“User”) agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

User:

For the purposes of this Agreement, User includes all persons or machines involved in manually or remotely accessing or using the Software, as well as all IP addresses associated with such access or use.

2. Eligibility
  • The User must be at least 18 years old (if a living person), legally competent, and not prohibited by law from using the Service.
  • Business Users must educate and bind their organization to this agreement.
3. Account Responsibility
  • The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • The User must provide accurate and current information.
  • The User is liable for all activity under their account.
  • The User must promptly notify the Company of any unauthorized use.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
The User shall not:
  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Violate applicable laws or infringe third-party rights.
  • Attempt unauthorized access or distribute malware.
  • Harass or harm others, create false listings, manipulate data, or scrape information unlawfully.
  • Post discriminatory, offensive, or false content.
5. Content Standards
  • Listings must be accurate and User must comply with all applicable laws.
  • Descriptions and photos must truthfully represent properties.
  • Communications must be accurate & respectful.
6. Compliance
  • The User must comply with all applicable housing, zoning, accounting, tax, and licensing laws.
  • International Users must adhere to local laws.
7. License and Intellectual Property
  • The Service and all associated technologies, trademarks, logos, and branding are exclusively proprietary of YatraDham Eservices Private Limited.
  • The Company grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the User to use the Service for lawful property management.
  • User may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse our software or brand assets.
  • Users retain ownership of their content published with us, but grant the Company a license to use it to provide the Service.
  • All rights not expressly granted to you remain with us.
8. Fees, Payment & Subscription
  • Fees apply based on the User’s selected plans and are billed in advance (monthly or annually).
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Payment methods include credit cards and bank transfers.
  • Automatic billing for renewals is authorized unless cancelled.
  • Users are responsible for applicable taxes.
9. Transaction Processing
  • The Company processes payments on behalf of property managers and owners.
  • Transaction fees and payout schedules apply.
  • Funds may be held for security or compliance purposes.
10. Security
  • The User must use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available.
  • The User must log out on shared devices and report suspicious activity promptly.
11. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for suspected/reported breach, fraud, inactivity, non-payment, or abuse.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
  • Liability is limited to fees paid by the User in the last 12 months before any claim.
  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Some limitations may not apply in certain jurisdictions.
13. Third-Party Content and Services
  • The Service may include third-party content or services, subject to separate terms.
  • The Company is not liable for third-party failures or disputes.
14. User Disputes
  • The Company is not responsible for disputes between Users.
15. Amendments
  • Terms may be updated with 30 days’ notice or without notice in case of policy changes. Continued use by the User constitutes acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.
16. Governing Law
  • Indian law governs this Agreement; jurisdiction lies with courts in Bhavnagar.
